Sorry about giving up on drawing foot.

Gesture-anon had a point with their drawing about how to make your pose more dynamic but they failed to draw it properly. He was very right about her weight feeling very much to the left, to the point where it looks as though she is falling backwards.

You have double the amount of lineart you need showing in this drawing. You dont need any on her shirt to indicate wrinkles- thats what all your painting is for! I would also consider lightening your lineart significantly. Try doing some paintings without any line-art at all, homestly.
