There's almost everything there, nothing particularly weird about it.

Left:
anterior, medial and posterior deltoids, biceps, triceps, extensor carpi radialis longus, brachioradialis, trapezius, latissimus dorsi, sternocleidomastoid

(not shown: brachialis, most extensors/flexors)

Right:
gluteus maximus, gluteus medius, tensor fascia latae, vastus lateralis, rectus femoris, biceps femoris, gastrochnemus, soleus, peroneus longus, achilles tendon and so on

Nothing Hogarth draws is even close to 100% photorealistic, but it's a hell of a lot better than stuff like (pic)

Choose Hogarth and embrace the power of the surreal. Just for the love of God don't bother with his head drawing material.
