dude, your biggest problem is that i literally typed in "Mage" into google and came up with this shit. Like, typing in "Generic videogame fantasy art" would have given me more interesting stuff. (I'm only being harsh because you could do better)

Her left hand is too large and a bit sausage-like/ her outfit is boring and little dumb in places (mid-riffs are boring as hell, and her decorative should pauldrons are a bit much compared to the rest of her outfit???)

The pose also doesn't really say anything about her, it certainly doesn't gel with her weird stoic pretty (read:boring) face.

Also her pants (a sirwal?) and her (i'll call it ass-cape) are really vague and don't show enough interesting folds or appealing lines.

Also, try incorporating more interesting lighting, the crystal could be lighting parts of her face and body; it needs some lighting work in general
