Huh, I never noticed that before. 4chan might compress the image a bit? I know with facebook when you upload an image with strong reds they get all fucked up.

Anyways, your image is muddy mroe because of hte values and the way you apinted with transparent strokes that create a lot of overlapping marks and make hte values all patchy and inconsistent.

I did a quick paintover, I just did like 5 minutes of smudge tool and a bit of painting on top of that. I tried to remove that texture you created and also make some shadows slightly darker.
