My experience with art is looking up YouTube videos for a week and messing around in paint, I really don't mind if you think you're better than me at something I do for the fun of it.

ok heres some genuine advice from the first glance:
image looks too crowded and detailed everywhere. theres no place for eyes to rest or focus at. the drapes and wings could have way less detail so that the attention is more brought to the center. also the difference in contrast between the background and the person is too small, again making it harder to focus on one point. line work looks good tho
