Why can't you have "proper poetry" in a comic?

Something I found out which helped me immensely as a /beg/, doing two sketches instead of one:

The first sketch should be very simple, focusing only on proportion, I do the first sketch with a hard round brush without any jitter

After you do the first sketch, I look at it, and make sure that everything works out (double triple check it), "are the arms too long?", "is the neck placement ok?", then I do the second sketch.

This changed my entire thought process, I basically learnt this when I switched to practice traditionally for a small period and I noticed that erasing pencil sketches is very tiresome, so I became extra careful when I do my sketches. Hopefully, it helps you fellow /beg/s

I wanted to ask a few things:

>are you okay with young artist imitating anime and manga at a young age? or just starting out doing stylized stuff?

>is it the tools that make the artist or is it the artist that make the tools?

>are you okay with different art styles existing or are you insistent on everything looking the same?

>without someone isn't interested in digital painting and wants to use art as a means of doing comics or character designs?

>why do some folks want to go to japan to become manga artist or any creative job?

A lot of people say learn perspective but here is a disagreement as to what to learn. I read perspective made easy a long time ago( I should probably read it but it doesn't seem comprehensive enough)

Here are the sources I plan on using for perspective learning this year:

Marshall Vandruff Lectures + Framed perspective(trying to make a comic)

I've heard mention of Erik Olson 90 hour perspective course, it seems really dry, do you guys think it's necessary to go through that or is it just for autists?

I've also heard of Scott Robertson but i'm thinking it's more aimed towards people who wanna work in industrial design.

Thoughts?
