Here's some bullet points anon
-The facial expression might be the worst part... it's difficult to get faces on dragon-y people right having tried it myself but it just has no appeal. It looks like she's in pain, not sexy.
-Her hands are phasing into her head
-The whole pose is off balance, it looks like she's about to teeter over to the right. My guess is you got tunnel vision and didn't zoom out to look at the pose as a whole when you were doing the sketch
-Neck is pencil thin even for an animeish style
-Her legs aren't attached to her hips properly (picrel)
-The horizon in the BG looks too high to me
