yoinked this from artga.in, the lower right portion about gesture drawings is really helpful in my opinion
but yeah, overall just drawing anything at all, or copying stuff you like, or drawing people/buildings/objects/whatever will make you incrementally better
i think its also important to know this isnt an MMO where you can minmax your art progress. just do stuff

It's a beautiful drawing, I wanted to include it in the OP actually but I'm a little apprehensive about featuring work from people I don't know as well without permission, just because I'd had some people decline when I'd asked in the past.
