animation student here, working on stuff for fun inbetween college stuff

college is pushing us to find remote work experience. been getting radio silence from any of the smaller studios ive contacted, and a couple of "no" answers from others, because nobody wants to take students during a pandemic (remote or not). yall got any ideas for animation work placement? im lost
