So, as somewhat experienced (I assume) aspiring Anime-style artists, what is the very first book/tutorial/practice_routine you would recommend to a complete beginner with the same goal in mind but absolutely zero experience whatsoever?

Is this a good place to start for a literal beginner who's never drawn more than stick figures? I know there are loomis books available online but I actually havea copy of pic related and would rather work from something tactile and real, like an actual book
