I just got pinky tendonitis. Could be worse, thank God I can still draw. But if I had tendonitis on my index or middle finger... I couldn't stand 6 weeks of not drawing.

I haven't painted in about 2 months now and I hate it.
Felt a bit depressed, not like painting at all, and it's killed my imagination. I dunno what to paint.
I paint with gouache and recently bought a new sketchbook, but I don't want to ruin it with some shit i won't like only to force myself to paint even tho it will most likely be shit due to the state I'm in. But I need to paint again, and it kills me not to know what to paint next.

So tl;dr how the fuck do I get out of this hole and get the ideas/will to paint again?

My pinkie hurts when I draw. I think i might have RSI. What should I do?

CSP is on sale right now. please, someone tell me if the upgrade to EX is worth it for animation. Do I get audio support? Can I make finished shots in CSP? (with backgrounds, foregrounds, etc)

Does anyone else have their tablet randomly stop working???? I have to turn it on and off for it to work. Is this a hardware problem that will only get worse? Or is it just something annoying that will never really grow into a bigger problem in the future? I have a huion kamvas btw, if that matters

Is it really true that drawing for fun leads to very small progressions???

2 months after I finished uni with a degree not relating to art at all, somehow I managed to get hired for the 2D game artist position in a small game studio (this is my first job yay). I'm not very good and I don't even know why I got hired and It's been 2 weeks and everything I've made seem like not on the "standard" good.
First week I was told to a lot of pointless stuff and the art director kept finding my mistakes ( design-wise and perspective) and I had to redo it so much I got tilted so hard.Then this week I actually got assigned to do something big for the company's game , I spent the whole week doing background artwork and then at the end of the week the art director pointed out all the flaws in my work. Then my work got rejected and I got told to restart from scratch ( start with doing sketch for rocks) .
Now I feel so incompeted, underqualified as fuck and I want to die. I don't mind redoing it I just hate feeling incompetent and useless. I'm on probation for 2 months and they've already seen how useless I am ( all the feedbacks I've got were all negative) so I'm not sure I'm gonna get to stay after probation.
That night I straight up cried 15 mins under the shower feeling like a piece of shit.I saw the art director looking through some other candidates applications and they're all so good. I started to doubting my skills, questioning if I'm good enough for this. Why the fuck did they hire me if there are so many better people out there?

I just finished my first day at a game studio. I'm intimidated because of feeling incompetent compares to other artists in the studio... I applied for the 2D artist position but on first they I was given a task to do 3D modeling and then paint over with a vague explanation. I spent the whole day being confused, didn't know what I should do. So far the piece looks like a mess and looks nothing like anything the studio produces. Why did the art director want me to go other route different from other people. I know for sure this shit won't be used so I kept asking myself "why do I have to do this?". I suffer a lot from low self esteem and I'm having a panic attack right now because I'm scared I wouldn't be able to catch up with other artists
