i hope you are merely burnt out from grinding, and grinding the most difficult subject there is, the face at that
instead of demotivated on a grand scale
your progress in just 30 drawings is tremendous
even if it is from reference, #29 is already on a higher level than ALOT of people who get paid to draw commissions
and #30 i personally think is cuter than the ref. reminds me of my OC i drew when i started out

if you want to switch things up to reduce the grind, consider doing tits or asses. compared to faces they are much easier, and when you make mistakes on those it looks predominantly funny instead of uncanny

even though i stopped the numbered sketches on my end, im still with you in spirit 100headsanon <3

is that from ref or imagination?
the shading could be made simpler and more deliberate. right now it looks like spots of dirt / water on her clothes
if the background had black lines as well the character and bg would fit together more
on that note, try a dark red/brown/blue/violet as lines instead of pure black
i cant tell, but it seems the shading is inconsistent in terms of color temperature. on her skin its warm, on her shirt its cold-ish. it depends on what kind of layer modes you are using for shading. not saying you should switch to what i am suggesting, just try moving all shading on one layer, set it to multiple, and colorize the whole layer to be grey, or dark violet, or dark blue etc to see how a consistent color temperature would affect different colors on her
any other feedback would be about proportions, anatomy etc. all things you probably can see yourself
