Could you redline for me? But if you can't then thanks for pointing it out.
Character reference sheet, not illustration. I want to draw pretty shoujo hair. I think shoujo artists put more effort into the hair and eyes than the rest of the page put together.

Mouth should be higher, and get reference for the left hand. The hand pose you went for is fine but it's just really messed up. Neck is not right, think of head angle from below. Just make neck an even cylinder rather than sloping, maybe not bother with changing head angle, is common to not change for angles like that with manga illustration. Not correct technically, but illustration shortcut which is acceptable.
If you move the board in the back up a bit, it makes the board look more realistic placement, and you can get the line to point to her face to help composition.
Face is very smug.
