Let's break it, step by step

How can I draw really good in cartoon form?
You study.
1-Cartoons are basically simplified objects, you have to understand their form and how to
capture them on paper.
2-Even for simple cartoony figures you still have to study to be able to make a dynamic and confident looking drawing. If you don't study your strokes will be shit.

No one likes to study alright?, you can't skip shit just because you are not having fun. If you want to be the absolute best you can be you are supposed to try and learn multiple methods you can implement. If you don't experiment and explore and never get out of your comfort zone you will never discover what works better for you. Try a book that is the subject you want to learn to the end, if it was boring at least you learned something that can be useful.
