I draw worse like that though

I fear the degenerative process happening to me that I saw in a former friend's art who came out as a tranny and had a mental breakdown threatening murder on our entire friend group/threatening to dox us and accusing us collectively of almost driving him to suicide (We stopped talking to him after he threatened us with murder/doxxing)

I don't know why or when shit like that happens to a person but I fear going off the deep end because it just seemed so totally fucking random, the guy used to be chill and edgy and was actually really cool to talk to but then he just started drawing cutesy girl shit and his artstyle regressed to a point where he couldn't draw hands and all his shit was just so lopsided

What are the best ways to learn to draw hands? What books? I'm reading loomis but he doesn't say anything about hands

I have a job recruitment phone call for scheduled for tomorrow
Big problems:

1) It's a phonecall - I am really anxious about phonecalls with strangers.
2) It's in English - not my native language and even though I am supposedly on 'advanced' level, still scared about fluffing sentences, cause I don't talk in English like ever, only write.
3) I barely understand what the company does or what the position is.
4) This is my first job-related interview
5) I really really don't want to actually have a job
6) I really don't care about this but I am doing it cause mom told me to (my dream is to make money from art but I need sth for now)

I never drawn before and have no talent whatsoever.

Would it be better for me to learn on the computer so I can use ctrl-z as a crutch?

Traditional drawing seems to be on the way out these days so what benefit would learning it give me?

How do I stop worrying about never being good enough to start producing art.

I've seen really shitty artists on patreon making thousands of bucks while I still think I need more practice even while I'm 10-20 times better than the guys at patreon.

How do I enjoy to make art again even if for my own personal standarts is not good enough?
