body angle, looks like she broke her spine, and the lack of armpit makes it hard to read the twist of her arm.
Tilting of her head needs more attention, go back to basic shapes and play with heads for a few pages :-)
As for the skirt, its REALLY hard to read the form of it when you shade like that - Go for big shapes first and when they read well, shade carefully. You see those triangle forms in the skirt? You want to communicate those clearly and THEN worry about the transition from one value to another. (the big forms arent clear in your study)

It kinda feels like you forgot to draw a sketch of the pose before you got started with details.
