I've given redlines to randoms who DM me. Though literally only if they ask for one.

Because there is another subset of permabegs who DM people asking for critique and they're not actually looking for critique, they want a shortcut or a magic "make it look good" button. When you give critiques to those types, even when they ask, they ignore what you tell them 90% of the time. Sometimes to your face "Oh I was thinking your advice would do this..." or a couple days later when they're making a new piece and not using anything you've told them because they sounded like work.

I hate waifufags so much, but I also envy them. I hate them because they're art is a dime-a-dozen and they over-saturate everything they touch. I also envy them because they take the time to draw cute girls while I'm sitting at home toiling away and "practicing" without direction.

I mean, do what you want but if you're a beginner who's bad at proportions, this is going to make your faces look super lopsided.
