fuck e drinks. You'll develop a dependency, get headaches, crash and feel shitty. Been there, delt with that. Instead create a stack that goes a little something like this;

2-3X a week: ginko+Piracitam+Centrophenoxine+moda( your choice, I find I get to jittery on modalert) and also ashwagandha (if you are prone to anxiety to help dull the edge) and nicotine gun occasionally

on off days, caffeine, nicotine and ginko will get you enough mileage. splash in the centro and racetam if you wanna get extra zesty

The issue with this is, primarily, moda works best within the first couple hours of taking it. I found the best way to work with this is to juggle your routine around. wake up 3-4 hours earlier than you would prior, and cut that off of the end of your night. Falling asleep earlier sucks, but your gains in the morning will be worth it, and you will still be on while your at your 9-5 and make everyone else look like an idiot by how fast you'll be able to remember things

secondly, you waste moda if you use it in rapid succession. that's why I pick 2 classes for topics I want to learn, moda up before the lesson each week, and then throughout the week, do homework and make sure my understanding is sound.

finally, it will take a pretty penny to get all of the stack ready, but its well worth it when you do. tends to not change your emotions like Adderall but it just makes you more "on"

best of luck op and I'll be monitoring this thread if you have any questions

I read the title of the thread and that's it. I don't know or care to dive into your motivations, but I will give you a few exercises to follow that will improve you. It's just like real exercise though- it will hurt and be uncomfortable, and it will take a long time to improve. You will improve though

Absolute Novice/beg/ level should focus on how to draw boxes & shapes in perspective. Doing this and getting good at it forces your brain to start to think in 3d while working with 2d shapes. It also improves your hand eye co-ordination. This is not a natural starting point for many artists, but, to allude to fitness again, it's like taking pre-workout. Your gains will be better when you apply your work.

Then, do photo studies. Anything you want to learn how to draw. Break things down into simple shapes and put them into perspective like the boxes from before. This is where you spend the bulk of your time studying after a while. Where you learn color,hue,sat. ect. Learning how to use reference is key

Then master studies. This is the hard shit, and you will hurt yourself if you dive in too soon. The masters knew what they were doing. Don't expect to be doing these within the first couple years of painting without completely hating every single bit of it

All the while, supplement your box drawings, photo and master studies with drawing whatever the fuck you want to relax

This is the most basic, surefire way to go from 0-100 as an artist. Not shown is the timeline of this. This shit takes a long fucking time. You can go months without change. People who don't study enough from multiple sources or only draw only from imagination can go years on end with no change in their work at all. You don't want that

This will become a major asset and part of your life, so don't go half way. Dive into this shit like scarface dove into that mountain of cocaine.

One final thing. Put your pettiness and quarrels with others aside. You don't have time for such things
