Your fundamentals are weak and you seem to just be copying artists without trying to actually understand what you're looking at.
The way the neck connects to the torso is wrong and is shaded in an awkwardly flat way. Also, learn how to put a variety of shapes in all aspects of your design, you have way too many small highlight shapes in the hair and the edges between the light and shadow on the hair could be softened more and the way you drew her arms is very stiff and boring.
