i learned perspective mostly from eric olson's video lectures. it's really long and boring if you're not into that kinda stuff but it's also pretty comprehensive

it's not bad at all considering that you just started drawing. there is no real method, it's just seeing how the bilateral symmetry of a face would line up in perspective, and understanding the tilt of the head on 3 axes
