I think what might be throwing you is that the content is spilling out, yet the inside seen through the container is all a uniform value like a single mass. Try indicating a plane change towards the side with spillage, and change the value slightly to indicate where the pudding is pushed against the plastic vs. where it isn't.

This image isn't a great example, but those are hard to find. Point is the drawing right now is like the cup on the right, but it should be like the cup on the left.
