>the worst part is you dont even think its bad
gotta haiku for that:
>Nothing is perfect.
>And anything is better.
>Time is entropy.
Before I expended energy, all this shit was nothing. It was a stack of blank sheets of paper. Regardless of it's relative quality compared to someone else, it's a better attempt to execute an idea than had I done nothing.

And I think this is kind of a big part of your autism that is holding you back. You do nothing and justify to yourself that at least you didn't do something that could be criticized.
>like you legitimately think that people are going to pick up your paintings after your suicide and go "what a misunderstood genius" instead of the reality
I mean it wouldn't really be my problem would it? I figure I'll just make the effort and let entropy sort it out.
>which is that they will be put in a psychiatric textbook as a case study of hysterical personality disorder
A: That's not an actual personality disorder. It's not even an outdated one really. Like the idea of "hysteria" as a mental illness is like Freud era memes. That's from when we used to give women cocaine and vibrators when they got anxious.

In terms of the DSM personality disorder memes, it'd be like Histrionic and Narcissistic and Schizotypal or something. But personality disorders are kind of just bullshit judgement calls anyweigh.

Like if we want to talk about affective disorders or things that are diagnostically treatable or whatever, I'm pretty bipolar. There's no point of stressing about fucking personality disorders when muh behavior is pretty predictive and observable from the perspective that I'm just an impulsive, hyper-reactive idiot that ruminates about literally everything and spends 80% of my thyme tired and frustrated and self-destructive, and 20% of my thyme imbued with the spirit of the Berserksgangr.

Plus I'm probably on the aurtism spectrum. So who gives a frig really?

i drew this from "memory" in that I looked at a picture of gollum and gave it my beard, hair, nose, and eyebrows as I remembered them looking when I saw them the week before during my fortnightly shower.

> I'm sure you can draw (not paint, just line work) at least one decent picture of a person by memory, can't you?
like something I already did? What are the parameters? I down4whatever. like pict related was drawn by looking at a picture of gollum for a minute and then just drawing me how I remember what I looked like last week when I looked in the mirror.

But like when it comes to "by memory" and "a person" should it be a known person and/or do we mean by my memory of seeing something irl or my memory of what something looked like on the intranettes?

>Unfortunately you have no native skill
better than you lmao
>so tracing and gridding doesn't help you at all.
course it does. It'd even help a do-nothing like you!
>For good artists, though, its an excellent tool.
For all artists, it's a requisite tool. Not having experience in basic canvas transfer techniques is handicapping yourself.
