Sesta-Fosta changes section 230 of title 47 of the United States Code. It makes it so that website owners are responsible for the things their users discuss. If you've ever seen a porn bot before, you may recall that they offer sexual services. This is also why Facebook just so happened to ban that kind of discussion.

Facebook didn't ban talking about sex in general, they banned sexual solicitation discussion. Can you explain why they did that and why it just so happens to line up with what SOSTA-FESTA addresses?
