These redraws also contain errors but I hope they help. Main points:
>bigger braincases (neoteny is important)
>better necks
>less emphasized jawlines
>moved some parts around, esp ears and eyebrows

If I were you I'd make some copies of, and works inspired by my favorite artists. And check out Hitokaku head edition ch 1 (if it's too difficult now just keep that one in mind until later)
