Here are my questions, I suck with fundamentals

1. How do you draw to heads when you're drawing dynamic or flat poses (i.e upper body tilted), I literally just use references and guess, I'd like to do it from imagination - can you draw the heads on this image? Assuming 8

2. What's wrong on this image, can someone draw construction lines? To me the left breast seems angled incorrectly
