i can barely even picture someones face in my head how am i meant to draw it???

I haven't been diagnosed but I'm pretty sure I suffer from some obssesive condition where I cannot anyhting but positive feedback. Any ounce of critizism will make me cry and fill me with absolute despair and while this may be expected for most begginers, in my case I become absolutely consumed by any negative comments and can't stop thinking about it for days and makes me want to nuke my accounts and run away.

How do I git gud when I cannot teake the heat?
