Reposts due some retard mass reply giving directionless advice rather than actually criticism of this drawing. How do i actually improve this drawing?

the most glaring issues is that >>4946297 took next to next none of his own advice, nor did he have this skill to pull it off.
> in forcing a specific stylization you failed to capture the elements that made the ref appealing in the first place. When you're stylizing you need to incorporate the specific elements of the ref, not just slap the same template face over the body.
one cheek flat, the other inflated. eyes being to wildly difference shapes to the point of distraction. straight up blotches the hair and the right pigtail look like a broom, very little line confidence overall, and ultimately the drawing doesn't look like the girl either. He should've stayed in his lane we it became clear he wasn't the better artist of the two.
