I wouldn't say I stagnated, just depression hit me hard and didn't do shit for like 7 months

What I'd say has put me back on track with constant improvement is >>4683580, and do it while learning from the best. That is:

Proko: Perfect anatomy
Ethan Becker: Draw fast as fuck while keeping form and gesture
Marco Bucci: Perfect color
Marc Brunet: Illustration heuristics; how a professional does things and does them quick and efficiently. Even though you'll need to understand the fundamentals first because he barely touches them or straight up uses CG references from his 3D background in the industry

Sycra: Anatomy simplifications and various redundant tutorials*
Sinix: Anatomy simplifications and various redundant tutorials*

*They're redundant because the artists I listed above them already explain them, but I think it's crucial to hear the same knowledge explained by different people, one reason being they achieve the same goal using different methods and you can check with one works best for you

All that and I also do things like pic related
I draw even MORE, but only save in this 1:1 image the drawings that aren't complete garbage and mainly are lines
