So I'm trying to improve drawing from imagination. In particular I'm trying to improve my poses and gesture on my characters. Trying to make my characters less "stiff" and robotic. Also my cross hatching on muscles.

I can't draw the human body at all in perspective, and my foreshortening is shit. I saw someone in the last thread talk boxes and drawing those in perceptive. Are there any resources on that? I just want to be able to draw a human from any angle with any pose and have it look right. Am I making any improvement?
