So I drew a demon girl this time. Gonna start that ctrl+paint guide tommorow and color it later

Pose and anatomy are memory only so how is it? Also I don't know how to get into figure drawing, I tried but I almost always can do decent poses from memory but I'm pretty slow. How should I start figure and gesture drawing? Is there some technique to learn or simply grind?
