Oh I see, I have quite the journey ahead of me then
>Personally I think your drawing looks pretty great
Oh it's not mine, the artist is Tetsuya Nomura. I inspire to be able to draw like him someday. Pic related is another piece he did.

>yoh yoshinari
It's Tetsuya Nomura..
>you are going to have to study the fundamentals and draw a lot from life. You need LOOMIS
Loomis as in fundies? Honestly, I've read so god damn many books on all manner of subjects in the field of drawing these past months that I'm a little lost on what I should focus on.
Right now I think my strategy is to try and copy from my inspiration and follow this method of doing so (https://youtu.be/m7Ecp5GKI54 / >>4056148 ) and read/apply fundamentals that I learn from Hampton's figure drawing book and Loomis/Hitokaku/other external sources' way of construction.
>It will take you many many years of practice to get to his level.
I know, and I intend to reach that level no matter what. Shit just takes a lot of time. I started around two months ago so at least I can see that I'm improving, but like I said there's so much to learn so I can easily get off track and stagnate on my growth.
