>working in flash for the first time
>want to do a little musical thing so importing audio
>have to lower the audio hrz or whatever so flash accepts it
>successfully import the song into flash
>song is slowed down like 60% for some reason
>reconvert multiple times, song either won't import to flash or if it does get in, is slowed down
what the fuck is going on, ive been googling like crazy and it seems like next to no one has had this issue

Someone please help me, I want to kill Microsoft

The laptop keeps registering my tablet as a mouse, so it's useless for drawing. I can't get rid of Windows Ink because "gpedit.msc" doesn't seem to exist on this computer. Furthermore, it seems like Win10 is just straight up deleting the Wacom tablet drivers as soon as I install them, as nothing relating to the tablet shows up in either the "mouse" or the "Human interface devices", and the tablet itself is automatically designated as a mouse as soon as I plug it in regardless of which USB port I use.

Does anyone know what's going on? My old laptop is falling apart and keeps crashing, making me lose tons of progress even with regular saves, I just wanna draw on my new laptop man.
