The pose is stiff and unbalanced. If the right arm is coming forward, the left arm should be going backwards instead of awkwardly hanging by the side. The line of action isn't defined very well that it half reads like she's either running/skipping or just leaning forward slightly. The positioning for those legs is attractive in its own right but I don't think it works well for a mid-run pose. I'd recommend looking at Hampton or Vilppu for figure drawing. You've got some proportioning and anatomy issues like the torso being a bit too large and the shoulders seem off-center, but I'd focus more on gesture to nail down convincing and engaging poses. I exaggerated the pose in pic related, but I hope it can provide some insight.

The choice in colors is nice for what you're going for, though the rendering itself is very lacking and gets muddy and undefined outside of the figure. I get you're shooting for that cel shading look, but it's very inconsistent. You could stand to look into proper rendering from Robertson or Gurney's materials.

It's just a bit of a passing thought, but the red outline around the grass looks very nice up against those darks. If you incorporated that red into your palette as a darker shade for the grass and blended it a bit it could look quite nice.
