I like it, definitely a great start. Here's a few suggestions:

- Move the head slightly to the right, it's a bit off-center right now (mirroring the image often during sketching helps with this)
- The upper part of their head is a bit too low (or their eyes are too big, hard to say because the hair obscures most of the head)
- Hands are a little rough, anatomy-wise. I'd always use photo reference for elaborate hand poses like this.
- This comes down to personal taste, but to me, their mouth is a bit too low.
