>Anon, it's fucking text on the screen.
Alright, Im going to give you and your "muh projection" babble the benefit of the doubt and assume you really dont know what a "tone of voice" is supposed to mean in this context.
>Voice refers to the author's unique writing style, while tone refers to the author's attitude or emotion towards the subject matter. To identify voice and tone, consider factors such as the author's use of humor, sarcasm, or irony, as well as their choice of words and sentence structure.
Basically, tone of voice refers to the mood, personality and feeling you, as the writer, assign to a piece of writing, which is based on how you structure your sentences and the way you communicate your ideas.
As an example:
>"Please do your chores." has a calm and imperative tone of voice.
>"Do your chores now!!" has an aggressive and imposing tone of voice.

Contrary to your belief, Tone of voice is not us, the readers, assigning an inner voice to a piece of text based on our own psychological perception of reality, but rather it's the author setting a specific mood to a text using basic communication techniques that the reader picks up. If you mess up the tone of voice, that's not a problem of the reader, that's a problem of the writer.
Is that clear or should I get the crayons?

>ITT: OP discovers lukewarm water 42069th edition
I find baffling how obtuse people can be over something as simple as "technical skill is not the only thing you should focus on", but what's even more baffling is that people who realize this, completely miss the mark and think it's all about trends and luck and nothing else, you fags ever heard of "inbetweens"? Having technical skill, engaging with your community and knowing your platforms is the true way to go, regardless of what you do.

>>6795613
And the sudden rant against OCfags comes from...? Genuine question, what gets you so mad all of a sudden? You're even making a poor generalization too.

Did I say anything wrong? Would you kindly prove me wrong, then? Or do you want me to say it in a way that is somewhat edible?

I was tempted to post my stuff for a review on my prices, but the thread is kind of dead by now, and then this guy >>6745240 >>6745256 is here delivering borderline crabby reviews, I dont think Im getting anything substantial anymore kek.

I know the kind of review you're going to give me based on the others, so let me cut to the point and ask you a question out of curiosity, what do you have against stylized art?
You seem pretty strict and scornful about it, even though I've seen a lot of stylized art styles get a healthy amount of commissions on a basis, so it's not like they are a lost cause by default, but I want to know your thoughts.

While we're at the topic of migration, I wonder if anyone remembers that one platform that promised to be similar to Tumblr in interface, I dont remember the name, anyone knows which one it was?
The interface was brown and white with some reds or crimson, I dont remember very well, but I hope anyone knows.

Also, is Mastodon a good option for now? I mean, I could try, populating a small community sounds pretty comfy.
