Look at references when youre not 100% sure of how to draw something. Most of this picture looks like you drew what you think something looks like rather than a stylized version of what it actually does.
The shirt and socks look like theyre painted directly onto the body. The skirt looks like you took the same pleat and repeated it over and over, and it makes it look like a bunch of jagged objects pinned together. Also, Im assuming shes slightly lifting her leg, so part of the skirt should be resting on the leg and not just shorter than the other side. I dont know why the right part is flared out like that. The skirt is almost knee length so gravity should be pulling it down more unless theres wind or motion which is hard to tell.
A hairbun isnt just a ball with a bunch of lines in it. That goes the same for hair, too. Dont draw each strand the exact same width. Add variation and stray hairs.
Draw hands. Draw the rest of the legs. Dont give me a fully body pose and then go and hide the feet. It looks odd. It doesnt help that you lifted the leg to make the pose look less stiff without changing anything else about it.

You have a vague idea of what things look like and where they go but you dont actually understand why theyre there.
Draw more from life, and look at how anime and manga stylize life. Use references for everything until you can draw it accurately from memory, and even then, keep looking at them.
