That sub is fucking shit. The only people that actually get critique are the people that don't really even need it or weren't even looking for it. It's the kind of fags that post their work on multiple subs to try and get traction.
It's fucking annoying and is why I left and came here.
Despite the critique here being shit, it's much better than being ignored entirely.

I would actually suggest doing that the first time around just to get familiar with the course. Then rewatch and actually take the videos seriously.

Take notes, do the exercises everyday... I don't have a doubt in my mind that you can't at least be able to draw competently going through this course.

You'll eventually learn that all drawing is is the ability to render light and dark. I'm simplifying it greatly but that's the biggest takeaway of the entire course.

I don't know, it helped me though. I had to actually figure out 70% of the shit on that course since no one pointed me towards it and I just ended up filling in the gaps.

I'm extremely curious as to why this course isn't considered a better resource than something like Loomis since I found Loomis distasteful and not very helpful in learning how to draw (besides the "think in 3D" shit which I learned way before I picked up Loomis and threw it in the trash.
