alright I reposted the 2 comments I saw from the last thread that were done in good faith and buried by a belligerent out of his mind narcissist.

Last of my paintposting bullshit in thread. Although posting work is encouraged.

I think you may actually have an autism spectrum disorder. The entire wabi sabi of the series is about embracing the reality that on essentially all art is just trash. It's all a goof. None of it really matters. Just do what you feel like!

Time is entropy and we're all dying and everything we do fundamentally does on matter from a cosmic or existential point of view. Even if you "make it," whatever "it" may be, it ultimately will not matter.

And the reason I chose to give myself this existential challenge where I'm racing Van Gogh in total paintings is that it forces the pretentious self-defeating "perfectionist" asshole in my head to shut the fuck up. Here's a haiku I just made:

Nothing is perfect,
And anything is better.
Time is entropy.

I'm just embracing the reality that I may make stuff that people may not like. And I'm making stuff because it's what I enjoy doing. The reason I treat you like the cuck that you are is that you think rational critique is to demand I stop doing what I enjoy doing because it upsets you. You're a contemptuous coward and a sniveling doody pants baby.

I'm not the person to ask for that. I pretty much argue that everything and anything can be art. I don't think technical skill is required if you have a vision or a concept or what the fuck ever.

I want to paint a moving portrait series on transparent glass tiles of a gif, then build a giant spring-loaded projector devise where I shoot or drop the tiles past a light source being projected at a wall, casting the moving image onto the wall one time before the tiles smash on the ground. Is that art?

I want to set up a studio space and invite people to come participate in a still life project of fruits and food and stuff and then keep it going for months as everything putrifies in the middle of the room, all while having a giant industrial fan left unplugged on one side of the rotten fruit pile, and all the still lives that were done hung on the other wall, so that if someone where to plug in the giant fans they'd blast rotten bullshit all over all the still lives. Is that art?

I want to do an exhibit that invites people to try and pull off elaborate heists like thomas crown affair to steal memes. is that art?
