What is your standard for "decent"? I inked this freehand in Photoshop (traced over an existing image), no stabilizer. It's not perfect, but I figure if I'm a /beg/ and I can ink this, then someone who's been doing digital art full time for years should be able to do much better.

This is just nonsense. Here, I inked the OP pic in Photoshop with NO stabilizer at all. Obviously I drew plenty of lines that have no jitters.
