You're polishing a turd. It looks like the retarded lovechild of anime and artgerm.

I know for a fact that you don't know how highlights work so you shouldn't use them until you actually learn them.
The rimlight all around her is unnecessary, it just adds a white line on top of the black linework. And where black and white meet, maximum contrast is created, which demands attention.
Also the main lightsource is the typical meme-lighting you would see from someone who is afraid to use actual light and shadow (or someone who doesn't know the shapes of the head and makes everything soft). You should befriend yourself with the "Asaro Head", it will help you tremendously.
The overall presentation is very amateurish. I know you made the background green to compliment her red clothes, but why tho?. The main focus is the tittyfuck and her face, not her bandana. Hair is overrendered, eyes are dead, tongue is too far out (seriously, do what she does infront of a mirror), overall style is slightly inconsistent.
I assume noone would read until here so here is a secret tip for you: pay attention to the resolution of detail throughout the image, you don't want something to look cutout and pasted. Especially the hair stands out too much against her face.
