OP here, I use my folder pretty often because if nothing else it's something I enjoy drawing and looks nice on an instagram page. obviously the lighting is shitto and it's no good for values or anatomy studies but there's a ton of resources on that so these (at least for me) are more for composition and posing for pinups, Classic Pinup paintings are good too but they generally only have one type of girl.
