Working for family business (pastry chef) this summer, have a lot of time to draw during summer. Next semester Ill be a full time student with almost no break to draw.

I'm a lazy bastard and I need to force myself to draw everyday.
Is traditional drawing on paper allow? I not really experience with digital and would like to brush up with traditional and fundamental first then move on to digital.
Second question, those have experience with LAS, can you say your art has change significantly after a period?
