drawing is also a waste of time in a way, but yea sometimes i look back. i can see a difference obviously but i have always been aware of my true and genuinely shit awful skill level, like most others, including now. still fun for me to draw, almost addicting, so hopefully i keep making little improvements as the days go by.

it's kind of difficult for me to post my doodles but i like posting once in a while to make a sort of overlooked little landmark in the realm of reality.
i like lookin at fellow shitters on their journeys taking the same missteps i very recently have been making or still am making.
im an asshole but i can laugh at myself. cool seeing others overcome their problems. always envious of those who seem to just click with it or who have attained a style i'm jealous of that i know i couldn't achieve. don't usually post text in posts too much (the only time I critiqued a fellow beg was to compliment his cool gestures, and i got kind of shit talked by an anon drawing some hobo lmao). i don't mind being ignored when i post my shit though, i actually prefer it

i feel like i retain a lot of the shit i practice when i actually do practice from a book, but sitting down to read some shit for studying reasons has never been for me, dunno. still tryin tho.
currently still practicing figures, need perspective next, never looked at a perspective book. figure i'll finally look into values and actual lighting/shading/color at the end of it all, if i don't give up forever for some reason.
always grinding fundies, or trying to.
this gay ass super long blogpost is also kind of why i don't post often, i never shut up sometimes, i know my brain sure don't. it will not be a regular thing.
