Well I guess, I've done some stuff for Poxnora and just got into the artist database for FFG. I'm no where near being able to live off my art though.

Oh yeah, it was actually kind of a study of pic related that went cray

Yeah, looking back it seems like something just clicked during the summer of 2013. That summer I had the biggest jump in skill so far, I think mostly due to putting in crazy amounts of time, and not doing strictly grayscale to color. Also being extremely observant and just studying everything around you and reverse engineering how light plays on objects. You can seriously improve by doing this diligently and not even putting pen to pad.

I mentioned above the summer of 2013 was probably the best. I just had a part time job at Target and no homework. I spent all the time I wasn't fucking around/partying/playing vidya/sleeping or working, drawing. Right now I just finished school and have no job or schedule whatsoever, and I've found it much harder to be productive. I think having some amount of structure and constrictions on time and resources really helps you prioritize and get stuff done. As for more technical stuff, I never really did studies (you should still do them tho!!), I would just get an awesome idea, then when I got stuck I'd grab some reference and basically do dozens of little studies within the piece.

Hope that helps, and thanks guys. Dunno why I'm still here. You may not see me, but I'm always lurking...

Also some awesome resources: This is pretty much all I listen to when drawing
