Form and anatomy. I get the sense you're copying your anatomical cues from things you've seen, but not understanding them. For example, I can tell you have no familiarity with how a collarbone or pectoral muscules work, what a sternocleidomastoid actually looks like or does, how a jaw works, etc. These aren't just things you can throw away because you're drawing animu. In fact, please don't draw animu.

You need to focus on actually understanding the figure as 3 dimensional forms, how they sit in space and how perspective affects them. You need to understand how to construct a figure and think in terms of more then just edge lines. And if you're going to try and use value to push that, you need to understand how light and shadows actually work and you need to actually commit to it instead of just brushing in little bits of grey to wash out the whole piece.

You need to lay down a solid foundation before you worry about all the details.
