You area beginner but that is okay. The hero here is falling over to the left, his body also gets progressively smaller as you go down towards the feet. His feet is noticeably way too small compared to the rest of the body. His hands are also too big and have a bit of sausage fingers. The legs are uneven tubes have no definition of knees or muscles, the kneepads are not beside each other either.

I would advise that you practice on anatomy of the figure and perspective more in general for better standing poses. While working take frequent breaks to let your mind empty itself, put your picture up against something then stand up and look at it from further away. Looking at it from further away, especially after you stopped looking at it non stop for a long time will help you notice your mistakes.

On poses try this video as a start but youtube has many tutorial videos on this.
