Is this good progress? Was literally only and to draw stick figures a week ago. Everything is from reference except for the guy with a hook.

I feel my greatest weakness is drawing the lines I want. Like I can't draw a cartoon character for shit, even if I have it right next to me.

Am I failing to recognize basic shapes? Should I work on line exercises for a while before going back to drawing people and objects?
