How much improvement do you see day to day anon? What habits made the biggest difference?

Most groups made on /ic/ for the years I've been here fail because the admin either
1. doesn't draw
2. draws once a week and plays games the rest
3. makes the group and then abandons at random
4. internal drama caused by the admin promoting the wrong person, usually a very chatty girl who is friendly with everyone.
5. The admin doesn't give a shit on improving and expanding the group. Usually the members end up expanding the group for him.
6. Usually the group has nothing to offer in terms of resources. If I was running things I'd share stuff I buy with the select few who show they want to get better (so lurkers don't run off with my shit).
7. The admin does not log in everyday
8. You notice by now a lot of the problems stems from the leader of the group being incompetent.
9. This is /ic/, most people here are ngmi.
10. Eventually someone gets their feelings hurt in the group from something someone said and you know how that goes. Splitting the morale of the users and dividing them. Making them leave to join the crybabies group instead and then the crybaby just quits art all together.
