Keep an eye on the skull shape,hair will follow it
eye angle,they look a bit downy with the outer top edges drooping down so dramatically
and ear placement, it's between the eyebrows and bottom of the nose
the lips looked a bit flat too, I like the hair rendering you do though, I can't render for shit
rounder chins/jaw makes it look more feminine, I added fly away hairs cause I think they look cool but that's just personal preferences, keep up the good work bud, take with a grain of salt I'm beg too
