First attempt at hand anatomy, I still suck at making fingers. Wasn't really going for realisn anyway

Give Drawabox a try, or Dynamic sketching by Peter Han, which is what DAB is based on. ModerndayJames is decent too. The goal in the beginning is to just understand how to break things down into simple shapes, making it easier to plot out. A box connected to a cylinder is far easier to place in 3d than a head and neck. From there you can break them into more and more shapes as you get more comfortable with it.

Study from life. If you want to learn how to draw an arm then find pictures of arms an copy them.

Try practicing drawing a head without any features at multiple angles. A well structured head helps a lot. Use the Loomis meme head or any other method you find works.
